Coaching

 Procrastinate?

Procrastination is a form of self-sabotage. This can stem from insecurity and fear of failure. If we never actually get to work we are effectively hiding from failure, but more worryingly, success. When we learn to trust ourselves and value our time, energy and resources, we thrive.

Success Crisis?

Have you ‘made it’ but are struggling to exist peacefully in that success? Maybe it’s feeling an emptiness or anticlimax, maybe you are buying excessively, or the company you are keeping isn’t fulfilling. When we identify our values and what feeds us emotionally, we exist in a place of acceptance and abundance.

Need a plan to start something new?

It can be hard to know what’s next. Without really taking stock of your values, beliefs, motivations and inner road-blocks, making a plan to start down a new path is much more difficult. When there is somewhere we need to go, we know that a good map is crucial. We navigate this journey, actively making decisions that serve us.

Perfectionist?

This is another symptom of self- sabotage. It can go along with ‘Imposter Syndrome’ . Chasing perfection is actually running away from potential success. Believing that you don’t have to be perfect to be amazing is utterly liberating.

Trapped in expectation?

How much of you exists in the eyes of others? Wouldn’t it be great if you could completely let go of this expectation and live within the values of who you want to be, rather than who you should be?

Something else?

The amazing thing about coaching is you learn to use models and tools that can be applied to so many aspects of your mental well-being. When you come up against obstacles, the skills you retain from coaching go into automatic mode and drive you towards the best outcomes. This let’s you act, make decisions and succeed from a place of abundance.
