NICE TO MEET YOU

Supporting positive change is my thing. My methods have a quick impact and can be applied to most areas of difficulty. I help you identify your external and internal motivators, beliefs, values and goals. We identify how you relate to others, and the effect this is having on you. As we start to unpick these elements, you can identify and decide how you want to show up for yourself and how you interact in your world. We develop this information to give you a clear strategy and plan of action. I challenge you and hold you accountable, but you have my unwavering support all the way.

Coaching provides a flexibility that can be tailored to each client in a dynamic and explorative, goal-orientated way. This allows them to tease out all that is happening and puts them into a position of control over their actions and emotions.

MY LIFE COACH STYLE

My style is encouraging and curious. I fundamentally believe there is no limit to what my clients can do and it is my prerogative to help you see this too. We will likely touch on deep material, and I will be present and committed to holding a safe space for you. I am open, warm and trustworthy.

Fees

It’s important that I am the right coach for you. I offer a free 20 minute initial session to understand your circumstances and for you to see if I am a good fit. I charge £80 for 50 minute sessions. Or provide monthly services for £240 which provides two sessions a month and email coaching.

RE-SCRIPTING FOR RESULTS

If you’ve found yourself here, it’s likely that you are feeling the negative repercussions from your emotions. This results in what feels like actions (or inactions) that are outside of your control, but I promise you, they are in your control. You can learn to rescript your thoughts to produce the results you want and I can help you do this.

It’s normal for humans to experience negative thoughts and emotions, it’s how we deal with them that shapes the quality of our work, relationships and lives. Coaching provides you with a safe space to explore, learn skills and trust yourself to believe that you deserve to thrive.

WHAT IS WORKING WITH A LIFE COACH LIKE?

Coaching is present and future focussed. Coaching identifies your values and goals and provides you with the tools and support to change your behaviour and remove negative cycles of thinking.

We follow a process by looking at the symptoms you are experiencing, (for example, procrastination, perfectionism, anxiety, or lack of clarity)  and together, we find the underlying thoughts that are causing these feelings, resulting in unhelpful actions. You are here to be championed, challenged and cared for, and though you will have full support, you will learn how to self-discover, self-coach and challenge negative thoughts that are keeping you from living with purpose.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM COACHING AND MY COACH?

Think of coaching psychology, or life coaching as leaning into someone to test your own balance on a feeling, thought or emotion. You will feel safe to explore the uncomfortable or unknown because someone is there as your scaffolding. As you grow, you need less and less support and you begin to stand on your own foundations.  Coaching is not about getting advice or a solution but realising you already have all the tools you need; it is just a matter of finding them and learning how to trust them.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS WHEN WORKING WITH A COACH?

The first step is a consultation, a 15-20 minute call where we explore your current difficulties and decide how best to proceed. We will discuss the logistics of how you would like to be seen.

The second step is a discovery session, this lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours. Here we dive into the current situation as you see it, your values, goals, questions, thoughts, and roadblocks. We design an alliance and make agreements on what coaching style will help you the most. Every step is tailored to you and your needs. We will determine how frequently you want to be coached and the number of sessions.  We will make agreements and honour this space as a curious, playful path to discovering the best version of yourself.

Much of coaching happens outside of the appointment as you practice the skills and exercises that you learn in our sessions.  You are welcome to email me with any wins and complete face-plants between sessions and we will celebrate both. Remember, failure means growth and you have to be willing to fail to succeed.  I want you to know I am here the whole way.

CAN MY LIFE COACH WORK VIA VIDEO CALLS?

Yes

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO END SESSIONS WITH MY LIFE COACH?

We mutually agree on when coaching should end, and our final session focuses on retaining all the tools you have developed during the coaching practice. My hope is that you will end your coaching feeling like you have the resilience, strength and confidence you need to overcome your obstacles.
